As part of a charter school facility improvement project, JB&K Construction completed the construction of a dedicated music room and comprehensive soundproofing upgrades to the school’s gymnasium.
To minimize noise transfer and improve acoustical performance throughout the facility, we also implemented soundproofing solutions within the gymnasium. The scope included specialized acoustic assemblies and noise-reduction measures designed to contain sound, reduce echo, and create a more comfortable environment for students, staff, and adjacent classrooms.
This project required careful coordination within an active educational environment, allowing school operations to continue while construction progressed safely and efficiently.
