JB&K Construction provided turnkey construction services for this high-end Urge Fitness facility under a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract. From pre-construction through final completion, the project included construction management, interior build-out, premium finishes, and specialized fitness amenities, as well as the landlord’s scope of work, including façade improvements. Despite an accelerated schedule, the project was completed on time and delivered a state-of-the-art fitness environment designed to support both operational efficiency and an exceptional member experience.
